Adding Filters and Effects

This is a picture my brother took for me when I was visiting in Tennessee.
I thought of adding filters and effects on it to see how it looks like.
I opened The Gimp. I opened my picture. I went on the filter menu and clicked on
artistic menu then I selected cartoon. I chose the mask radius to be 48.80 and the Percent
black to be 0.023. Then I clicked on the map on the filter menu and clicked on Van
Gogh. I typed the number 62.3 for the Filter length and 4.7 for the noise magnitude.
The picture looked marvelous.
